Welcome to Joseph Ryan Photography. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:​

 

1. Ownership of Photos: All photographs taken by Joseph Ryan Photography are the property of Joseph Ryan Photography. Our clients are allowed to use the photographs for personal or commercial use, but they cannot sell them or give them to other people for different projects without our explicit written consent.

 

2. Payment Terms: We do not require payment up front when placing an order. However, payment must be received in full before the final product can be delivered or downloaded. We accept payment through our website or by other agreed-upon methods.

 

3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled photography session, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, there will be no penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, there will be a $50.00 fee. If the order is cancelled on the same day there is a $100.00 fee. If our photographers arrive on site and there is no one there to let us in or no other option for access we will charge 50% of the total cost of the order but no less than $100.00 (onsite cancelation with person will count as same day cancellation and the fee will only be $100.00). If I arrive on site and the property is not ready for the shoot I'll be happy to wait up to 15 minutes to give you time to get it ready.  If I am unable to shoot after 15 minutes the appointment will need to be rescheduled and treated as a onsite cancellation. If my schedule allows, I will wait more but there will be a $50.00 fee for delayed access to property. 

 

4. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a scheduled photography session, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability. 

 

5. Delivery Policy: We strive to provide our clients with prompt and reliable delivery of their photos, Matterport tours, and video tours. Our standard delivery time is by 10:00 p.m. the following business day for photos and Matterport tours. If you require a faster delivery, we offer a rush delivery option for a fee of $50, which guarantees delivery by 10:00 a.m. the following day, even on non-business days.  Video tours are guaranteed to be delivered within three days after the appointment.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet the specified deadline, we will contact you before the end of the deadline to discuss alternative arrangements.

 

6. Liability Release: Joseph Ryan Photography will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during a photography session. By using our services, you agree to release us from any liability related to the photography session.

 

7. Ownership. All content included on this site is and shall continue to be the property of Joseph Ryan Photography or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or as outlined in any separate licensing agreement you may have with Joseph Ryan Photography. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use of this Site. Should you violate this provision, we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.
